Sales Manager

We are seeking a proactive and experienced sales manager to lead business development and customer acquisition in the transformer industry. This is a role that requires deep industry experience and a passion for helping clients achieve success through the right technological solutions.This is an on-site job in RTP in North Carolina.Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and acquire new OEM customers and strategic accounts in the transformer and switchgear sectorsDrive sales of PA coils, CT coils, insulators, cores, and related componentsProvide technical consultation on specifications, application fit, and system compatibilityManage RFQs, quotations, and pricing in coordination with the operations teamRepresent the company at trade shows, conferences, and on-site customer visitsTrack industry trends, customer needs, and competitor activity to shape strategyCollaborate with engineering and manufacturing to align solutions and ensure deliveryMaintain accurate CRM records, sales forecasts, and pipeline reportsQualificationsBachelor’s degree required (Engineering or Business preferred)Minimum 5 years of experience in sales or business development for transformer or switchgear OEMsExisting network of industry contacts and strong market knowledgeSelf-motivated and independent with a results-driven mindsetExcellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
