2nd Shift Lumber Stacker & General Laborer HHP Inc. Henniker, NH HHP Inc., a leading hardwood sawmill operation in Henniker, New Hampshire, is seeking a reliable and hardworking 2nd Shift Lumber Stacker & General Laborer to join our team. Conveniently located just off Routes 202 and 89, our facility includes a hardwood sawmill, pallet shop, and paper-quality chipping plant. Hours Full-time, 2nd shift schedule: Monday Thursday: 3:00 PM 1:45 AM Friday based on production needs Typical work week: 4045 hours Responsibilities Stack lumber according to established guidelines to ensure proper placement, quality, and stability Inspect lumber for defects such as knots, wane, and warping; ensure all edges are clean Build square, neat bundles and prepare them for forklift removal (including tagging and strapping as required) Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area free of debris Follow all company safety policies and procedures Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors to meet production goals Demonstrate a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and reliable attendance Perform additional duties as assigned by the supervisor Qualifications Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks including bending, lifting, pulling, pushing, reaching, standing, and walking for extended periods Strong work ethic and communication skills Mechanical aptitude Experience in a production or manufacturing environment is a plus Reliable transportation to and from the facility Ability to pass a pre-employment physical Compensation $$$ (based on experience and qualifications) Benefits 401(k) with company match Health, dental, and vision insurance Paid vacation and holidays after 90 days If youre ready to take the next step in your career, wed love to hear from you.
