Ability to work in a hybrid environment (2–3 days onsite in Wayzata, MN). Strong collaboration and communication skills. Preferred Qualifications Experience working with or integrating GenAI / AI-based solutions. Familiarity with prototyping environments or innovation teams. Domain knowledge in animal nutrition or formulation (nice to have). Work Arrangement & Location Hybrid: 2–3 days onsite in Wayzata, MN.
