From creative arts and games to outings and celebrations, every day brings something new.📅  Schedule: Saturday – Tuesday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM🏢  Setting: Assisted Living & Memory CareWhat You’ll DoPlan, organize, and lead engaging activities for residents in both assisted living and memory care settingsBuild genuine relationships with residents, learning their interests, histories, and what brings them happinessAdapt activities to meet the varying cognitive and physical needs of our residentsTransport residents on community outings, including Sunday church services, using our community busHelp create a warm, welcoming atmosphere where every resident feels seen and celebratedDocument participation and communicate with the Life Enrichment Director to continually improve programmingWhat We’re Looking ForWe care more about your energy, heart, and creativity than your resume title. The right person for this role is:Vibrant, positive, and genuinely enthusiastic about working with older adultsOutgoing and a natural people person — you light up a roomOrganized and able to plan ahead while staying flexiblePatient, compassionate, and comfortable with memory care environmentsHolds a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (bus driving required)Current/active Arizona Fingerprint Clearance CardTuberculosis (TB) Clearance — current or able to obtain prior to startFood Handler Permit — current or able to obtain prior to startSuccessful employment verification with positive references from at least two previous employersYour Background Might Look Like…We welcome applicants from all walks of life.
