Your expertise will ensure that each product meets strict quality standards and specifications, contributing to the efficiency and success of our manufacturing process.\n\nResponsibilities\n\n* Interpret mechanical blueprints, schematics, and production documents to accurately assemble components\n* Use precision measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, and shop math to verify dimensions and tolerances\n* Operate hand tools, power tools, pneumatic tools, and specialized industrial tools to assemble parts efficiently and safely\n* Conduct mechanical assembly tasks, including soldering and machining as required by project specifications\n* Follow safety protocols by properly using personal protective equipment (PPE) and adhering to shop safety guidelines\n* Perform manual handling of parts and assemblies, ensuring proper lifting techniques to prevent injury\n* Inspect finished products using precision measuring instruments to ensure compliance with quality standards\n\nSkills\n\n* Proficiency in reading blueprints, schematics, and interpreting technical drawings\n* Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in assembly processes\n* Skilled in using calipers, micrometers, measuring instruments, and shop math for precise measurements\n* Experience with mechanical blueprint interpretation and production document comprehension\n* Familiarity with soldering, machining, pneumatic tools, power tools, and specialized industrial tools\n* Ability to interpret technical drawings accurately for assembly tasks\n* Knowledge of manufacturing processes including mechanical assembly and shop safety procedures\n* Capable of manual handling tasks while maintaining safety standards\n\nJoin our team as an Assembly Technician if you thrive in a fast-paced environment where precision meets innovation!
