The ideal candidate is a hands-on senior engineer who can work across the stack, contribute to architecture decisions, and deliver high-quality, scalable solutions.\n\nThis role requires the candidate to work onsite at the client office 3 days per week.\n\n*Responsibilities:*\n\n* Design, develop, and maintain web applications using .NET / .NET Core and C# on the back end\n* Build responsive, dynamic user interfaces using React; support and maintain existing Angular applications as needed\n* Collaborate with cross-functional teams (QA, DevOps, Product) to deliver features end-to-end\n* Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code following best practices\n* Participate in code reviews, design discussions, and sprint planning\n* Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application performance\n* Work onsite at the client office 3 days per week for collaboration and team alignment\n\n*Required Skills & Qualifications:*\n\n* 8-10 years of professional software development experience\n* Strong hands-on experience with .NET / .NET Core / C#\n* Solid experience building UIs with React\n* Working experience with Angular (prior project experience required)\n* Experience with RESTful API design and integration\n* Familiarity with SQL Server or other relational databases\n* Strong understanding of software design principles, version control (Git), and Agile methodologies\n* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills\n* Prior experience working on projects for banking, financial services, or fintech clients- Familiarity with banking domain concepts such as core banking systems, payments, lending, or trade platforms-\n* Experience working within regulated environments, with an understanding of compliance, audit, and data security requirements common in financial institutions- Exposure to enterprise-scale, mission-critical applications typical of banking environments (high availability, security, and performance standards)\n\n*Additional Notes:*\n\n* This is a W2 direct-hire position only.
