Acting as the central point of communication between customers, Sales, Service, IT, and Operations, this role ensures installations are completed on time, accurately, and with best-in-class customer experience.\n\nResponsibilities\n\nInstallation Coordination\n\nCoordinate all aspects of equipment delivery and installation for new, replacement, and upgraded copier and printer systems.\nSchedule installations with customers, delivery personnel, service technicians, network analysts, and other internal departments.\nConfirm installation dates, site readiness requirements, network information, and customer expectations prior to installation.\nEnsure all equipment, accessories, software, and service resources are available before scheduled installations.\nMonitor installation timelines and proactively communicate any delays or schedule changes.\n\nCustomer Communication\n\nServe as the primary customer contact from order submission through installation completion.\nCommunicate delivery schedules, installation requirements, and implementation updates.\nCoordinate customer training schedules and onboarding activities when required.\nConduct post-installation follow-up calls to confirm customer satisfaction and resolve outstanding issues.\nPosition Specifications\nHigh school diploma required; Associate degree preferred.\nMinimum of 2 years of experience in customer service, project coordination, logistics, dispatching, or office technology administration.\nCopier, printer, managed print, or office technology industry experience strongly preferred.\nExcellent communication, organizational, and customer service skills.\nAbout Us: Sharp Business Systems\n\nSharp Business Systems (SBS) is a direct sales division of Sharp Electronics Corporation, the U.S. based subsidiary of Japan's Sharp Corporation.
