🚀 Hiring: Reliability Test Technician📍 San Francisco, CA⏳ Duration: 3+ Months💲 Pay: $57- 63/hr (W2)💡 What You’ll DoPartner with a close-knit engineering team to execute tests and document insights for root cause analysisWork across electronics, sensors, actuators, and mechanical systemsCreate and maintain detailed test procedures for repeatabilityKeep the lab organized and running efficientlyProvide continuous feedback to improve system performance and test specsSupport testing at external labs and field sites🎯 What We’re Looking For5+ years of hands-on experience in mechanical, electrical, automotive, robotics, or related fieldsStrong ability to read and interpret schematics and datasheetsExperience with:Environmental test chambers & vibration testingSoldering, crimping, and cable managementLab equipment (DAQ systems, sensors, instruments)3D printers and shop toolsFamiliarity with CAD tools (SolidWorks, Onshape, etc.)Experience working in Linux environments for system testingStrong communication and organizational skillsComfortable working on-site and in field environmentsAbility to lift up to 40 lbs
