General Manager – Industrial HVAC & RefrigerationSouthern California | On-siteWe are working with a leading industrial services provider to appoint a General Manager to lead a high-performing business unit within the HVAC, industrial cooling and commercial refrigeration space.This is a critical leadership role with full ownership of a $40–50M P&L, offering the opportunity to drive growth, optimise operations and lead a large, field-based workforce in a fast-paced, service-led environment.The RoleFull P&L responsibility for a $40–50M business unitLead, develop and scale multi-disciplinary teams across operations, sales and engineeringDrive revenue growth, operational excellence and service delivery performanceBuild a strong, accountable culture within a blue-collar, field-based workforcePartner with senior leadership on strategy, expansion and long-term planningWhat We’re Looking ForProven leadership experience within HVAC, industrial cooling or commercial refrigerationTrack record managing sizeable service-based business units ($30M+ preferred)Strong leadership presence with high emotional intelligenceExperience operating in hands-on, industrial/blue-collar environmentsEngineering degree strongly preferredBackgrounds of InterestCandidates are likely to come from established service providers in the HVAC and refrigeration space (e.g. national or regional contractors), with experience leading large operational teams and driving P&L performance.CompensationBase salary circa $200,000Performance bonus: $50,000 – $75,000
