Weare seeking friendly, customer service-oriented people who are dedicated to safety.\nTransdev is proud to offer:\nCBA Position:\nPosition Subject to Collective Bargaining Agreement:\n$18.04-21.00 (Union Collective Bargaining Agreement Payscale)\nStarting pay $18.04 with progression to $21.00 over 4years.\nBenefits include:\nVacation:70 hours to 120 hours days per year\nPaid Sick Leave: All non-probationary drivers who work thirty (30) or more days per year shall receive forty-eight (48) hours of sick leave on January 1 of each calendar year.; medical, dental & vision after 90 calendar days of employment for full-time employees, life insurance, 401k retirement benefits, and company holidays.\nBenefits may vary depending on location policy. The above represents the standard Corporate Policy.\nKey Responsibilities:\nRespond to customer inquiries and concerns with timely responses and accurate information or redirecting to a supervisor.\nComprehensive understanding of policies and procedures\nMeet or exceed established performance requirements.\nDocument trip authorizations and details including transportation type, pickup times, appointment times and addresses.\nOther duties as required.\nQualifications:\nComputer literate\nExcellent customer service skills.\nAbility to operate standard telephone system.\nSubject to a DOT drug testing and physical if applicable.
