We are actively looking for talented Software and Web Developers.\r\nLocation: Onsite in Springfield, VA.\r\nResponsibilities\r\nDesign, develop, test, and maintain web applications, software platforms, or enterprise systems.\r\nBuild responsive and user-friendly front-end applications using modern frameworks and technologies.\r\nDevelop back-end services, APIs, and integrations to support scalable and secure applications.\r\nWrite clean, maintainable, and efficient code following development best practices and coding standards.\r\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, designers, project managers, cybersecurity teams, and stakeholders.\r\nSupport Agile/SCRUM software development methodologies and participate in sprint planning, standups, and retrospectives.\r\nTroubleshoot, debug, and resolve software defects and performance issues.\r\nWork with databases, data models, and application integrations.\r\nSupport CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and DevOps practices.\r\nManage multiple competing priorities while delivering high-quality technical solutions within project timelines.\r\nDevelop applications within cloud, enterprise, or regulated environments.\r\nQualifications\r\nBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or related field, or equivalent experience.\r\n3+ years of experience in software development, web development, or application engineering roles.\r\nExperience with one or more programming languages such as JavaScript, TypeScript, Python, Java, C#, PHP, or similar technologies.\r\nExperience developing modern web applications using front-end frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.\r\nFamiliarity with back-end development frameworks, RESTful APIs, and database technologies.\r\nStrong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.\r\nHighly polished communication and collaboration skills.\r\nAbility to work independently and collaboratively within fast-paced development environments.\r\nNice to Haves\r\nActive U.S. security clearance (or eligibility to obtain one).\r\nExperience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.\r\nFamiliarity with DevOps tools, CI/CD pipelines, and automated testing frameworks.\r\nExperience working with SQL and NoSQL databases.\r\nKnowledge of cybersecurity best practices and secure software development principles.\r\nExperience supporting enterprise, government, or regulated environments.\r\nFamiliarity with containerization technologies such as Docker or Kubernetes.\r\nBenefits\r\nWe offer a competitive benefits package, including paid time off, healthcare benefits, a 401(k) plan with employer match, professional development reimbursement, and supplemental benefits.
