Will be responsible for the quality of parts produced. Assists in the instruction of set-up, operators, and operator trainees. Diagnose, troubleshoot, and make adjustments. May be assigned to remove and/or replace worn or defective parts. Must have the fundamental tools to safely and effectively perform the job. PPE such as safety glasses, safety shoes, and hearing protection are required at all times.\n\nEssential Job Duties:\nMust be able to set up, operate and adjust Hydromat machine\nRequires the use of precision measuring devices\nMust be able to work from drawings with minimum instruction and supervision\nRequired to set and sharpen tools.\nTroubleshoot machines, set speeds, and feeds for proper materials and do minor repairs as needed\nResponsible for the quality of parts produced\n\nRequired Experience/Skills:\nStrong math skills and ability to read blueprints, work instructions, SOP's, and other technical information in English.\nMust be able to lift 35lbs. on a regular basis\nMust be able to monitor gauges, dials, and other indicators to be sure the machine is working properly and use proper precision measuring devices\nAttention to detail and ability to handle multiple priorities\nMust be self-directed and take initiative to learn new skills relating to the maintenance of the machine\n\nDesired Experience/Skills:\nExperience with Hydromat Machines\nPossess a hands-on style with strong mechanical aptitude\n\nWork Environment:\nWill be exposed to work near moving mechanical parts, oils, and chemicals in a loud manufacturing environment.
