Job description
Production Cook at the Riverside Convention Center shall be responsible for the preparation of food to be served, comply with all applicable sanitation, health and personal hygiene standards and following established food production programs and procedures. This is a high volume, fast paced production position that requires a great deal of accuracy.

Production Cook 3 at the Riverside Convention Center shall be an entry level position, responsible for the preparation of food to be served, complying with all applicable sanitation, health and personal hygiene standards and following established food production programs and procedures. This is a high volume, fast paced production position that requires a great deal of accuracy. Production Cook 3 shall perform all duties with a moderate to high level of supervision.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities

Follow daily production timing as directed by Executive Chef and Lead Production Cooks
Maintain current Riverside County Food Handlers Card
Follow daily/weekly kitchen cleaning schedule
Maintain proper product rotation
Follow proper sanitation practices
Keep the Lead Production Cooks apprised of all product ordering needs
Recognize kitchen needs and report them to the Lead Production Cooks
Keeps immediate supervisor promptly and fully informed of all problems or unusual matters of significance
Perform all duties and responsibilities in a timely and efficient manner in accordance with established company policies and procedures to achieve the overall objectives of the company
Communicate effectively with guests, customers, co-workers, and supervisors
Demonstrate teamwork by cooperating and assisting co-workers as needed
Perform other duties as required
Adhere to all Raincross Hospitality Management Corporation and Riverside Convention Center policies and procedures

Education and/or Experience
High school diploma or GED

Ability to read, write, and speak English fluently.
