This is a strong long-term opportunity with a clear pathway to Project Manager as the company continues to expand across commercial and industrial markets.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport project delivery from preconstruction through closeout across commercial and industrial HVAC/Mechanical scopesSpecialize in tenant improvement (TI), ground-up, and design-build mechanical construction projectsHelp establish project scope, schedules, and deliverables aligned with client and business goalsCoordinate internal team members, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure project milestones are metAssist in preparing and managing project budgets, proposals, and documentationUtilize project management tools (Microsoft Office, scheduling software, estimating tools) to track performanceIdentify project risks and support problem-solving strategies when issues ariseContribute to progress tracking, reporting, and documentationInterface with clients and internal stakeholders to ensure communication and expectations are alignedParticipate in project planning meetings and leadership reviewsPerform other tasks as assigned to support successful project executionQualifications3+ years of experience in the HVAC/mechanical construction industryFamiliarity with industry standards, safety protocols, and construction project sequencingHands-on understanding of HVAC systems, equipment, and installation methods is a plusStrong communication and organizational skills with ability to manage multiple tasksHigh school diploma or equivalent requiredBachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or Construction Management preferred, but not requiredCompensation & BenefitsCompetitive salary based on experienceBonus structure tied to individual and company performanceMedical/dental/vision benefits with plan options401(k) with company matchCar allowance or company vehicle (depending on experience level)Paid time off and company holidaysOngoing mentorship and career development from senior leadership
