This is not a hybrid or remote position.\nClearance: Top Secret SCI with appropriate polygraph.\nCompensation: $158-170,000 annual salary.\nMission Description:\nDesign, develop, test, deploy, and maintain complex software solutions supporting mission-critical systems, large-scale data processing, advanced analytics, and enterprise applications.\nAnalyze user and system requirements to develop software design solutions.\nDesign, develop, test, and maintain software applications and services.\nDebug, troubleshoot, and resolve software defects and performance issues.\nIntegrate software into new and existing systems and operating environments.\nDevelop and optimize database interfaces, queries, and data repositories.\nCreate and maintain technical documentation and design artifacts.\nParticipate in Agile development activities, including sprint planning, development, testing, and deployment.\nCollaborate with software engineers, systems engineers, architects, and stakeholders to deliver mission-focused solutions.\nSupport software quality assurance, configuration management, and release activities.\nContribute to continuous improvement initiatives and engineering best practices.\nAdditional Responsibilities\nLead software design and architecture efforts.\nMentor and guide junior engineers.\nOversee technical execution across development teams.\nDrive software quality, performance optimization, and process improvements.\nEvaluate and recommend emerging technologies and engineering approaches.\nServe as a technical lead for large-scale software development initiatives.\nRequired Qualifications:\n20+ years of software engineering experience supporting programs of similar scope and complexity.\nBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related discipline.\nFour (4) years of additional SWE experience on projects with similar software processes may be substituted for a bachelor's degree.\nDemonstrated experience serving as a technical lead across multiple teams and large-scale software initiatives.\nPreferred Technical Skills\nExperience with one or more of the following technologies:\nLevel 3 at least 10 years of experience:\nJava, Python, JavaScript\nHTML5, CSS3\nGit, Maven, Nexus, Jenkins\nDocker, Kubernetes, OpenShift\nCI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices\nSpring Framework, Hibernate, Web Services\nMySQL and relational databases\nBash and Shell scripting\nSonarQube and automated testing tools\nGrafana, Kibana, Nagios, or similar monitoring tools\nMicroservices architecture and container orchestration\nAgile software development methodologies\n\nBENEFITS - Full-time Employees\n401K with employer contribution.
