Roadshow Sales Manager

We’re looking for a high-energy, people-loving Roadshow Sales Manager to lead our weekly roadshows, manage event teams, and drive sales while creating unforgettable Tastelli moments. What You’ll Do Plan and schedule Tastelli roadshows in various retail locations Lead onsite setup, sampling, merchandising, and customer engagement Recruit, train, and motivate brand ambassadors Ensure inventory, signage, and sampling gear are prepared for each event Track sales results, highlight wins, and recommend improvements Build strong relationships with store managers and retail staff What You Bring Experience in retail, demos, field marketing, or event management Strong communication and leadership skills High energy and confidence engaging with shoppers Ability to lift 40 lbs and stand for extended periods Willingness to travel up to days per week Valid driver’s license Perks Competitive pay + bonuses Travel & mileage reimbursement Lots of Tastelli snacks Growth opportunities within a fun, fast-moving brand Pay: $55,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year Benefits: 401(k) Health insurance Work Location: On the road
