Deliver and assemble furniture, electronics, washer/dryer sets and other miscellaneous items at customer’s homes. Responsibilities: - Arrive on-site at 5am to load deliveries in a company provided 26-foot box truck - Ride with drivers to make 15-20 local final-mile deliveries per day - Work effectively with river pair to achieve a streamlined delivery - Assemble, hook-up, install, and setup items in-home - Coordinate and communicate with dispatch staff to ensure on-time delivery - Take pictures to certify delivery via POD entry at delivery location - Home every day! 10-hour shifts - Return to customer site to return any undelivered items each day - Maintain clean and organized tools and blankets inside box truck Qualifications - Willing to wear uniform - Safety-minded, willing to go the extra mile for safety - Experience assembling furniture and hooking-up appliances in-home - Provide high-level customer service at all times - Ability to pass a Drug Screen and Background Check Pay: $165 per day as Final Mile Delivery Helper Job Type: Full-time Pay: $165.00 per day Schedule: Day shift Work Location: On the road
