Applicants must already possess work authorization in the country where the job is located.\r\nWhat You Will Do\r\nBuild and maintain strong, supportive relationships, ensuring excellent client service and a collaborative team approach.\r\nAct as the primary point of contact between clients and internal project teams, ensuring clear communication and expectations; managing schedule, scope, project financials, QA/QC, and deliverables; and anticipating and resolving project issues.\r\nSet projects, programs, and staff up for success and continuous improvement by applying a structured, step-by-step mindset to create, document, and apply lessons.\r\nProvide civil engineering-related technical guidance for both rural and urban energy transmission projects. Relevant skills and experience include:\r\nSite civil engineering design, including grading, stormwater management, materials selection, and geotechnical assessment;\r\nEnvironmental impacts, such as E&S control selection and SWP3s;\r\nPermitting, particularly in the City of Columbus, Ohio;\r\nUtility route selection and coordination;\r\nConstruction support, both during construction and emphasizing buildable design; and\r\nProject documentation such as design notes and technical reports.\r\nWhat You Will Bring\r\nMinimum of 8 years relevant Engineering, Survey, or Civil Construction Industry experience required.\r\nThe ability to drive technical discussion and site civil design, QA/QC engineering plans, and support a culture of continuous improvements to project deliverables.\r\nStrong project management fundamentals. Experience with proposals, scope/schedule/fee management, and program development preferred.\r\nA proactive, client-focused approach with the ability to build trust and collaboration, and to communicate effectively both internally and externally.\r\nComfort using standard Office software, including Bluebeam.
