This role is designed to align experienced candidates with the appropriate craft, crew, and project needs across all divisions.We are looking for team-oriented individuals with strong construction backgrounds who value safety, reliability, and collaboration in a fast-paced field environment.⚠️ Required Application Step – Craft & Work PreferencesTo ensure proper alignment with current and upcoming opportunities, candidates are required to complete all questions within the application.These selections are critical for determining:Appropriate craft placementProject and crew alignmentWork availability and schedulingKey ResponsibilitiesResponsibilities will vary depending on assigned craft but may include:Performing general job site labor, maintenance, and setupOperating hand and power tools safely and effectivelyAssisting with material handling, equipment support, and site preparationSupporting traffic control and maintaining job site safetyExecuting physical tasks such as lifting, raking, shoveling, and sweepingMaintaining clean and organized work areasFollowing direction from foremen and site leadershipCommunicating effectively with crew members and supervisorsAdhering to all Keeley Construction and OSHA safety protocolsRequired QualificationsMinimum of 1+ years of construction or related experienceTrade-specific experience preferred based on craft selectionHigh school diploma or GED preferredMust be 21+ with a valid driver's license (CDL is a plus where applicable)Clean driving record (no DUIs within the past 3 years)Ability to work in physically demanding outdoor environmentsStrong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detailWillingness to learn and adapt across job functionsMust pass pre-employment assessment and drug screeningWork ConditionsPhysically demanding, hands-on field environmentExposure to various weather conditionsExtended periods of standing, lifting, and repetitive motionSafety CommitmentSafety is a core value at Keeley Construction.
