Business Development SpecialistAt Carl Black Automotive, we acquire thousands of leads per month to be processed. Our Business Development Specialist requires a keen sense of urgency to customer requests or inquiries funneling through to our dealership. Candidates must be able to multi-task several requests with immediate response. This is a Full-Time position that provides our benefits package with a flexible schedule of 40 hours per week.The Call Center Specialist position has a base hourly pay + commission pay scale.Job Duties:Handling sales inquiries via phone/internet, making approx. 100-120 calls/day, setting appointments for the sales team.Work closely with sales and service associates following through on all internet leads, and phone calls on a daily basis.Commission consists of Appointments Shown & Sold, with bonuses paid for volume, averages, and consistency.Team Environment - we all work together to provide the best customer experience.Accountability - We track your metrics daily to ensure we are maximizing your opportunity, as well as providing the best experience for our clients.Minimum Qualifications:Excellent PC skills with Microsoft office products.Must be able to effectively complete tasks in a deadline-driven environment.Strong verbal and written communication skills.Strong organization with great attention to detail.Self-Motivated.Pleasant phone voice with great people skills.Must be able to perform in a fast-paced environment.Must have an energetic phone personality and be able to handle concerned customers.Must be able to work full-time hours, some nights, Saturdays, and/or Sundays.Benefits:Hourly pay PLUS monthly commission based on performance.Flexible SchedulePaid vacationMedical and Dental insurance availableLife insurance401k
