Construction Surveillance Technician (CST) I, (TS, w/SCI Eligibility)

SECURITY CLEARANCE REQUIREMENT: INTERIM SECRET POSITION REQUIRES US CITIZENSHIP Location: Kirtland AFB, NM Position Title: Construction Surveillance Technician I (CST I) Position Description: The Construction Surveillance Technician’s primary function is to provide day-to-day security in support of Sensitive Compartmented Information Facility (SCIF) and Special Access Program Facility (SAPF) construction efforts. Responsibilities Assess, identify and communicate recommendations for improvements of policies, procedures, or systems Identify threats, vulnerabilities, and potential risks Draft security incident reports and brief government and civilian agencies, including military senior leaders Manage uniformed escort personnel and associated logs Assign, train, and brief site security duties and ensure timely reporting of security incidents to the site lead Follow and enforce customers’ Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) Perform miscellaneous administrative support functions as directed by the contractor site lead and/or the Senior Security Representative Conduct inspections of materials being delivered for utilization in construction of secure spaces Photograph and continuously monitor the construction of secure spaces and document all steps in order to support final accreditation packets Provide leadership, mentoring, and oversight of team members Qualifications Required 1-2 years of related experience Desired Knowledgeable onIntelligence Community Directive (ICD) 705(on SCIFs and compliance with uniform IC physical and technical security requirements) Bachelor’s degree is desired and counts toward 4 years of experience Associate’s degree counts toward 2 years of experience Security Clearance Top Secret clearance required Ability to obtainTop Secret SCI + Polygraph Employee Benefits Competitive salary for well qualified applicants 401(k) plan Annual performance bonus Certification and advanced degree attainment bonuses Student Loan / Tuition reimbursement Health Care Insurance (medical, dental, vision) Up to four weeks of paid vacation 11 Federal Holidays, and 3 Floating Holidays Team bonding events RedTrace Technologies is an EOE employer #J-18808-Ljbffr
