Job Summary
We are seeking enthusiastic and motivated individuals to join our team as a estimator. In this role, you will engage with the community through door-to-door outreach, attend scheduled appointments, both commercial and residential, promoting our initiatives and gathering valuable feedback. Your ability to communicate effectively and connect with people will be essential in helping us achieve our sales goals.
Responsibilities
Responsible for generating leads by directly contacting potential customers, typically through door-to-door outreach or phone calls, to promote the company's window cleaning and other services.
Map and record residential canvassing to collect accurate data on site visit to sale conversion rate.
Attend and record both commercial/residential bid walks accurately.
Effectively communicate with and answer any questions from residents.
Stay informed about company offerings, pricing, and promotions to effectively communicate with prospects.
Generate interest in scheduling an estimate or appointment with potential clients. Accurately quote and follow up with job proposals.
Collect data and feedback from community members to inform future strategies.
Collaborate with team members to strategize outreach efforts and improve engagement.
Maintain a positive attitude while interacting with potential clients.
Document interactions accurately and report findings to the team leader.
Experience
Previous experience in customer service, sales, or telemarketing is preferred.
Experience in supervising or leading a team is a plus, especially for those interested in growth opportunities within the organization.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively are essential for success in this role.
Comfortable with door-to-door canvassing or cold calling.
Strong work ethic with a drive to meet or exceed sales goals.
Ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude.
Compensation
All commission position. No cap on commissions.
