Candidate will serve as a senior testing resource supporting the validation and modernization of enterprise applications within an AWS cloud environment. The role will lead comprehensive testing efforts, collaborate with cross-functional Agile teams, and help ensure applications meet functional, quality, security, and compliance standards.\nRequired Qualifications of the Sr Systems Testing Analyst II – Cloud:\nApplicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. We are unable to provide sponsorship or work with Third-Party agencies.\nBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.\n9+ years of IT experience, including hands-on experience developing test plans and/or test matrices.\nDemonstrated experience testing cloud-hosted applications, preferably within AWS environments.\nStrong background in Agile testing, CI/CD processes, and software testing methodologies.\nExperience developing and executing complex test cases, test scripts, and automated testing solutions.\nExperience with REST/SOAP API testing, SQL, defect management, and test metrics.\nExperience using test management and defect-tracking tools such as TestRail, JIRA, Confluence, or ALM.\nStrong analytical, organizational, communication, documentation, and problem-solving abilities.\nAbility to understand application dependencies, investigate complex issues, collaborate with technical and business partners, and provide testing guidance to other team members.\nPreferred Skills/Experience of the Sr Systems Testing Analyst II – Cloud:\nExperience with AWS services such as EC2, IAM, S3, RDS/Aurora, Lambda, API Gateway, CloudWatch, CloudTrail, and CodeBuild.\nExperience with Selenium Grid, JUnit, TestNG, Apache JMeter, SoapUI, Postman, Jenkins, GitHub, or AWS CodePipeline.\nKnowledge of cloud migration approaches, including lift-and-shift and re-platforming.\nExperience with security, accessibility, and compliance testing, including Section 508/WCAG, HIPAA, FedRAMP, or NIST standards.\nFamiliarity with tools such as JAWS, WAVE, Burp Suite, or OWASP ZAP.\nExperience with Java, WebSphere, middleware platforms, DB2, Oracle, IMS, or VSAM.\nHealthcare or Medicare application testing experience.\nResponsibilities of the Sr Systems Testing Analyst II – Cloud:\nDesign, develop, and execute test strategies, test plans, test cases, and automated scripts for cloud-based, legacy, and migrated applications.\nLead functional, regression, integration, system, failover, and related application testing across AWS environments.\nManage test execution, document results, identify and track defects, and report testing metrics and quality trends using established testing platforms.\nPartner with developers, business analysts, and project stakeholders during Agile ceremonies and throughout the software delivery lifecycle.\nValidate application functionality, security, accessibility, and compliance requirements while supporting cloud migration and deployment activities.\nProvide technical guidance and mentorship to testing staff while identifying opportunities to improve testing processes, workflows, and overall software quality.\nWork Location: Hybrid.
