The selected candidates for this position will play a key role in the development of embedded software for commercial human spaceflight modules.\nKey Duties:\nDevelop, integrate, and deploy embedded software solutions that interface with propulsion, command & data handling (C&DH), environmental control and life support systems (ECLSS), guidance navigation and control (GN&C), caution and warning (C&W), networks, datalinks, power, and other flight systems.\nCreate, test, and integrate embedded software in prototype and flight environments.\nCommunicate with subject matter experts across disciplines, users, and management throughout the software test and development lifecycle.\nMaintain disciplined software configuration control and management processes.\n\nRequired Skills, Experience, and Education:\nDue to facility security requirements, only U.S. citizens are eligible for consideration at this time.\n5 or more years of experience developing software using C/C++ in a Linux environment.\nComfortable with common embedded communication protocols like UART, SPI, I2C, USB, RS-232/422/485, and Ethernet.\nGood written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.\nBachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science, or another related technical discipline.\nDesired Skills and Experience\nFlight software experience.\nExperience with JIRA, Bit Bucket, Enterprise Architect, JAMA, and Confluence.\nBusiness Profile:\nCimarron is a global solutions company with a strategic partnering approach to satisfying customer-driven requirements.
