Ice Cream Maker

Zax Creamery in Jasper, IN is looking for one ice cream maker/chef to join our team. We are located 2603 N Newton St.. Our ideal candidate is attentive, punctual, and engaged. Responsibilities *Sanitize and prepare equipment and workstation for production. *Follow recipes and prepare batches of ice cream, and freeze using our state of the art equipment. *Weigh and measure ingredients *Label stock and inventory all ingredients *Transfers supplies and equipment between storage and work areas Qualifications *Ability to communicate and listen to team members *Ability to lift and move 40-50 lbs *Dedicated to working as a team towards one goal *Experience as a Cook or Chef is a plus, but not required as we can train anyone.
