Come meet our team!\n\nAbout You\nWe are seeking someone who is passionate about working with residents. The Program Coordinator creates and implements facility groups and activities. Coordinating all aspects of an assigned program.\nYou will need:\nFull Vaccination against COVID-19 – CA required\nBachelor’s degree or equivalent – preferred\nGreat oral and written communication skills - required\nGreat customer relations and service skills – required\nGreat organization and time managements skills – required\nClean driving record - required\nWe compensate you for your accomplishments and talents! Other qualifications, certifications, degrees including AA, BA earns you more $$ so let us know! – preferred\nGreat attitude - required\nExperience working in mental health or in residential care - preferred\n\nYour Responsibilities\nYour role as a Program Coordinator will be to be responsible for the organization, provision and evaluation of all planned activities. Providing assistance to residents as necessary to ensure all residents participate in accordance with their interest and abilities.\nEnsure that CCR Title XXII regulatory agency and facility requirements, including facility documentation standards, financial records and program assets are maintained.\nManages the implementation of policies and practices to ensure the consistent quality of service delivery and compliance with contractual obligations and regulatory bodies.\nImplements standards of care and assists staff to work effectively and efficiently with residents. Participates in program development to ensure responsive care consistent with emerging client needs.\nMay assist with client needs as coordinated by client case managers, conservator, family members, etc.\nParticipates in and leads facility meetings and training as assigned or required.\n\nHave ideas or skills that would help our clients? Let us know! We are always looking for individuals with special certifications, skills, trainings, degrees, and compensate competitively for them!
