REV is acknowledged throughout our industry as a leader in safety.\nPosition Overview:\nThe Assembler will be part of a team focused on executing tasks related to the assembly of metal building structures and industrial control panels. This may include erecting walls, installing roof trusses and doors, as well as the physical layout, mounting, wiring, and testing of control panels according to schematics and build prints.\nThe successful candidate must be comfortable being part of a team, working with both mechanical and electrical components, be able to read and interpret blueprints and electrical schematics, and have a solid understanding of basic electrical principles. Proficiency with a wide range of hand and power tools is essential. Some heavy lifting may be required.\nKey Accountabilities:\nDemonstrate safe behaviors and comply with all safety rules.\nPrevent warranty returns originating from your area of responsibility by maintaining robust quality standards, fully adhering to manufacturing processes and procedures, and taking timely corrective actions.\nAchieve efficiency targets.\nFoster a high level of trust with all coworkers and leader(s).\nKey Responsibilities:\nLeadership and Coordination\nTrain new employees on assembly steps, quality requirements, tools, equipment and safety procedures.\nSupport continuous improvement efforts around processes, tooling, and workflow.\nResolve or escalate production issues.\nAddress or escalate risks and opportunities.\nAssembly\nRead and interpret mechanical drawings, BOMs, fabrication prints and layout drawings.\nAssemble enclosures per instructions.\nDimensionally lay out back panels and externally mounted devices.\nMount devices to back panels and enclosures using a variety of methods including drilling and tapping steel.\nFit and align doors, latches, hinges, handles and mechanical hardware.\nOperate computerized terminal, wire labeling and engraving equipment.\nWire panel devices according to provided electrical schematics.\nRoute and bundle wires and cables neatly and according to established electrical standards.\nQuality and Compliance\nInspect assemblies for fit, alignment, cosmetic quality, and conformance with drawings.\nEnsure all work adheres to REV quality standards and customer specifications.\nAddress NCR’s rework, and quality issues in collaboration with QA/QC.\nKeep red-lines of any changes required during manufacturing and turn in to supervisor on completion of the project.\nHSE\nCompliance with safety procedures, PPE requirements, and lock-out protocol.\nUse hand tools, torque tools, pneumatic tools and shop equipment safely and correctly.\nParticipate in safety audits, hazard assessments, and toolbox meetings.\nReport hazards, incidents, and near-misses promptly.\nProduction Workflow\nMaintain organized work areas, parts staging, and assembly stations.\nCommunicate material shortages or drawing issues to Assembly Lead.\nProvide feedback to Assembly Lead on design or manufacturability issues.\nParticipate on pre-build meetings to understand project scope and special requirements.\nOther duties and tasks as assigned by your manager to ensure REV’s goals and objectives are met.\nPerforms all duties so as to meet the responsibilities listed in REV’s Safety and Human Resources Policy Manual.\nPerforms duties according to REV’s quality system procedures and work instructions.\nQualifications:\nMinimum 5 years of experience with mechanical/building and/or wiring assembly, preferably electrical distribution equipment (switchgear, MCC’s, control panels, enclosures).\nStrong mechanical aptitude and ability to interpret mechanical and basic electrical drawings.\nExperience working with fabricated metal components and precision fit-up.\nKnowledge of torque specifications, mechanical fasteners, and assembly techniques.\nFamiliarity with lean manufacturing or continuous improvement considered an asset.\nKnowledge of electricity and electrical circuits.\nAbility to read a tape measure (both standard and metric).\nPrevious experience and knowledge of operating hand and power tools.\nComfortable working at heights.\nForklift, overhead crane, and picker truck experience is considered an asset.\nWell organized with a strong attention to detail.\nExcellent safety record / safety conscious with an interest in continued learning of safety precautions and procedures.\nExperience in an industrial capacity with a notable willingness to learn and develop new skills.\nStart Date: March 16th, 2026\nLocation: Arlington, TX\nDuration: Permanent, Full-time\nItems to Include in Application: Resume.\nApplication Closing Date: Will remain open until suitable candidate is found.\nEqual Opportunity Employer Statement: REV Engineering is an Equal Opportunity Employer and does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, age, disability, or veteran status.
