If you like being close to the work—not stuck behind a desk—and enjoy solving real production problems, this is a strong fit..\nResponsibilities\nSet up and calibrate machines and equipment\nRun R&D trials and collect/analyze process data\nHelp design and build tooling, fixtures, and programs\nPerform first article / first piece inspections\nDevelop and improve CNC machining programs\nTroubleshoot process issues and support root cause + corrective actions\nSupport data collection and process improvements across production\nTrain operators on equipment and processes\nCreate and maintain work instructions, technique sheets, and specs\nSupport 5S and keep work areas clean and organized\nFollow the Quality Manual and all safety requirements\nSupport continuous improvement and lean initiatives\nWork with integrity and follow company code of conduct\nShow up reliably and support the team where needed\nQualifications\nWhat We’re Looking For\n2‑year technical degree or Bachelor’s in Engineering (or equivalent hands‑on experience)\nTechnical Skills\n3D CAD experience (NX preferred)\nCAM programming (NX or Mastercam)\nSolid understanding of GD&T\nStrong knowledge of CNC machining processes\nExperience with inspection software like PC‑DMIS or Geomagic (a plus)\nComfortable working with data, reports, and documentation\nStrong computer skills\nManufacturing experience preferred\nAble to read, write, and communicate clearly in English\nStrong attention to detail and organization\nAble to work independently and with the team\nQuick learner who can adapt in a fast‑moving production environment\nJoin us if you're ready to innovate at the intersection of technology and business!
