Responsibilities: Manage and oversee the daily operations of the department Ensure that all sales goals are met or exceeded Provide excellent customer service to all customers Merchandise products in an attractive and organized manner Train and supervise department staff Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner Requirements: Previous retail sales experience Ability to count money accurately Excellent communication skills Excellent customer service skills Merchandising experience Positive personality Must pass a background check and drug test Compensation details: 17-22 PI96593a75bfb6-26289-40121175
