We are a high end electroplating shop specializing in precious metals with a customer base that include special process value added manufacturing for our customer supplied parts. Our sales into the medical device supply chain are expanding and additional engineering needs to be developed in the coming year. Since we are a small company, succesful applicants will be trained into multiple roles based on their unique strengths.\nResponsibilities\nLearn our manufacturing systems and transition to an engineering lead for one or more of our customers where you will be responsible for tooling design and optimization corrective and preventative actions to improve our processes and some hands on product based work in the development of selective electrochemical deposition. This will entail a significant amount of technical writing and a small amount of basic mechanical design.\nExperience\nThis is a junior/senior level position requiring a STEM degree (AA minimum requirement). Candidates with a technical based BA will be considered. Minimum 2 years experience preferred.\nExperience with ISO9001/AS9100 and/or NADCAP is preferred.\nExperience with technical writing is required.\nExperience with MS Office products (Word, Excel, Visio) required.\nYou should have good communication skills as you will be interfacing with our manufacturing technicians.\nSpanish Fluency is preferred but not a requirement.\nJoin us if you’re passionate about delivering top-tier software quality through innovative testing strategies!
