The team takes pride in its commitment to excellence and customer satisfaction.Role DescriptionThis is a part and full-time on-site role for a Life Insurance and Annuities Agent, based in Hollywood, FL. The agent will be responsible for identifying client needs, providing tailored insurance and annuities solutions, and building trusted client relationships. Daily tasks include handling client inquiries, educating prospects on life insurance and annuity options, supporting clients in the application process on appointments in-person or Zoom, and maintaining accurate records. The role also involves staying informed on industry updates and maintaining state licensing, continuing education requirements.Such noble humanitarian deeds lead to twice a week unlimited commissions and bonuses that you control the flow of and freedom of time to operate on your terms.QualificationsMust be 18 years or older, with U.S. Citinzenship, valid driver's license, and no felony, lien or foreclosure history.No prior experience, resume, nor degree required.On the job training (OJT) will be provided 3 x weekly towards expertise in Insurance Sales and strong understanding of Life Insurance and Annuities processInitial experience is not crucial but welcomed with Insurance Brokerage and familiarity with various carrier policy productsFinancial acumen, including knowledge of financial planning and investment principles will be developedDesire for strong customer service skills to build trust and maintain positive client relationshipsPossess active state Florida 2-14 or 2-15 insurance license, or willingness to obtain one within 2 weeksExcellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skillsMotivated, goal-oriented attitude with the ability to work both independently and within a teamCouples with a desire to gain experience in this industry usually benefits the most.
