This role supports project teams by scheduling meetings, tracking tasks, maintaining documents, preparing communications, and helping teams stay on schedule.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\nSchedule meetings and prepare agendas and materials.\n\nTake meeting notes and track action items.\n\nMaintain project schedules, task lists, and documentation.\n\nFollow up with team members on deadlines and assigned work.\n\nCreate and distribute newsletters, updates, and team communications.\n\nOrganize SharePoint sites, files, and project records.\n\nPrepare reports, presentations, and status updates.\n\nSupport onboarding, training coordination, and team events.\n\nManage stakeholder contact lists and communication distribution lists.\n\nAssist project leaders with calendars, presentations, and administrative tasks.\n\nCoordinate system access and training assignments for team members.\n\nQualifications\n\nHigh school diploma or equivalent required.\n\n2+ years of experience in an administrative, coordinator, office support, or customer service role.\n\nStrong organizational and time management skills.\n\nGood written and verbal communication skills.\n\nAttention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.\n\nProficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).\n\nExperience with Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, or similar collaboration tools preferred.\n\nPAY RANGE:\n\n$24.95 - $36.15\n\nCULTURE AND BENEFITS:\n\nAt Andersen, we believe our people are at the heart of everything we do.
