This role is all about driving the vision of our leadership team and helping us expand into new areas of the digital marketing landscape. You’ll work closely with our dedicated copywriting and content creation team to determine the best strategies and content that resonate with our audience.\nKey Responsibilities:\nDevelop and implement an overarching digital marketing strategy that aligns with our business goals and leverages current trends.\nGenerate innovative ideas and strategies to enhance our online presence and break into new markets.\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams to decide on content creation and ensure alignment with our brand’s messaging.\nUtilize tools like Google Analytics, Amazon, Shopify, and TikTok Shop to track performance and optimize campaigns.\nMonitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for digital marketing efforts and report progress to the President and VP.\nStay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to keep our strategies fresh and effective.\nQualifications:\nProven expertise in digital marketing and analytics, particularly in SEO and SEM.\nFamiliarity with e-commerce platforms and performance marketing strategies.\nProficient in tools such as Google Ads, Google Analytics, and SEO tools like SEMrush.\nBasic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and Adobe Photoshop is beneficial.\nExperience in content strategy and the ability to guide content creation that drives engagement.\nStrong problem-solving skills and a passion for finding creative solutions.\nExperience in the health and wellness or cosmetics and beauty industry is a plus, but not required.\nWhy Join Us?
