This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to a fast-paced environment where safety, precision, and teamwork are paramount.\nDuties\nOperate forklifts, reach trucks, clamp trucks, pallet jacks, Hi-Lo lifts, and other material handling equipment safely and efficiently in accordance with OSHA and company safety standards.\nLoad and unload shipments using appropriate equipment such as forklifts and barcode scanning systems for logistics accuracy.\nPick orders accurately using order picker machines and manual methods to fulfill customer and internal requests.\nManage inventory by conducting regular cycle counts, updating warehouse management systems (WMS), and maintaining precise stock levels.\nAssist with shipping and receiving processes by verifying incoming/outgoing shipments, inspecting goods for damage, and documenting transactions thoroughly.\nPerform routine equipment repairs or report maintenance needs promptly to ensure optimal operation of all heavy equipment.\nFollow warehouse safety protocols during manual handling tasks involving heavy lifting or materials that require careful handling to prevent injuries.\nSupport warehouse distribution activities by organizing storage areas, ensuring proper pallet stacking, and maintaining a clean work environment.\nCollaborate with warehouse supervisors to improve workflow efficiency and uphold safety standards across all operations.\nQualifications\nProven experience operating warehouse equipment such as forklifts, reach trucks, clamp trucks, pallet jacks, Hi-Lo lifts, or similar machinery.\nKnowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS), barcode scanning for logistics, and inventory control procedures.\nFamiliarity with OSHA regulations and safety standards in production environments related to heavy equipment operation and materials handling.\nAbility to perform heavy lifting safely and handle manual tasks involving materials with precision.\nBasic math skills for counting, measuring, and verifying shipments or inventory data accurately.\nStrong understanding of shipping & receiving processes along with experience in warehouse distribution environments.\nPrior experience in warehouse management or supervision is a plus but not required; willingness to learn is essential.\nJoin us to be part of a dedicated team committed to excellence in warehouse operations!
