REQUIREMENTS: * Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related technical field * 4+ years of experience developing Angular/UI technologies * Experience working in an Agile team * In-depth understanding of JavaScript/TypeScript, Angular 12+, and related development technologies * Strong conceptual understanding of server-side and database architecture * Solid understanding of standard methodologies in accessible web UX design * Knowledge of Agile development methodologies * Excellent written and verbal communication skills * Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities * Exposure to Java/other middle-tier technologies will be an added advantage * Great collaboration skills and can work with different partners and drive business solutions * Out of the box problem solving skills and willingness to learn and experiment with new technologies * Proactive working style with ability to multitask and handle multiple priorities at once * Possess good interpersonal skills and can articulate your thoughts and questions clearly * Ability to work on multiple efforts simultaneously * Ability to prioritize, organize, and delegate effectively * Ability to lead and mentor team with compassion The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future. We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave. Note: Pay is not considered compensation until it is earned, vested and determinable.
