The e-commerce assistant role is an integral part of the success of the online business. The e-commerce department is an extension of the brick and mortar business and must work fluidly with the everyday store operations. The teams mission is to ensure department coverage during all business hours.\r\nBenefits\r\nEmployee discounts\r\nFlexible schedule\r\nOpportunity for advancement\r\nTraining & development\r\nDuties And Responsibilities\r\nAssist with fulfilling daily online orders including: locating and pulling products from the floor, packaging orders and shipping and handling.\r\nAssist with preparing, photographing and uploading images & product data to online store according to Clothes Mentor guidelines and standards.\r\nMonitor social media platforms for questions, concerns, and all customer interactions.\r\nQuickly and efficiently respond to customer inquiries via email, messaging and phone.\r\nHelp to process and track all return requests.\r\nAssist the team with inventory management by applying best practices for tracking and organizing inventory effectively and helping to meet monthly product, sales and customer engagement goals.\r\nAssist with order cancellations and/or order re-routing.\r\nAssist with integrating the online business into the existing store by working closely with the ecommerce team, store staff and management.\r\nAssist, as needed and instructed, in creating product marketing posts for social media platforms according to store and company wide guidelines.\r\nKey Requirements\r\nAvailability to work varying hours according to department need.
