The Office Manager will ensure the smooth day-to-day operations of the office by managing administrative tasks, maintaining office systems, and supporting staff. Responsibilities include overseeing communication and customer service efforts, managing office supplies and equipment, coordinating schedules and meetings, handling correspondence, and maintaining accurate records. The Office Manager will play a key role in creating an organized, efficient, and professional work environment.QualificationsStrong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage correspondence and work effectively with team members and clientsExperience in administrative assistance and office administration, including scheduling, organizing meetings, and managing office operationsProficiency in operating and maintaining office equipment, ensuring all tools and systems function smoothlyExcellent customer service skills with a focus on creating positive interactions and efficiently resolving concernsProficient in time management and multitasking, with attention to detail and problem-solving abilitiesAssociate degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or related field (Bachelor’s degree is a plus)Prior experience in an Office Manager or similar role preferredProficiency with productivity software, such as Microsoft Office Suite
