We want to provide courteous and professional yet unpretentious service in a friendly atmosphere at all times..\nOur work environment includes:\nModern Bar Setting\nTeam Oriented\nFood provided to Staff\nResponsibilities:\n- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to customers\n- Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner\n- Take customer orders and process payments accurately\n- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area\n- Monitor alcohol consumption and ensure responsible service\n- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation regulations\n- Provide excellent customer service and address customer concerns or complaints promptly\nRequirements:\n- Proven experience as a bartender or in a similar role\n- Knowledge of brewing techniques and mixology\n- Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently\n- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately\n- Familiarity with Toast POS is a plus\n- Understanding of retail math for calculating prices and making change\n- Knowledge of food safety regulations and proper food handling techniques\n- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills\n- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment\n- Must be at least 21 years old (or the legal drinking age in your location)\nIf you are passionate about bartending, have excellent customer service skills, and enjoy working in a dynamic environment, we would love to hear from you.
