Operations Oversight: Manage the daily flow of electrical materials, ensuring accurate receiving, stocking, and shipping. Inventory Control: Reconcile stock accuracy variances and perform inventory counts. Team Leadership: Supervise, train, and schedule warehouse staff to maximize efficiency and achieve daily productivity goals. Safety Compliance: Ensure all warehouse activities comply with safety regulations and procedures to maintain a secure environment. Logistics Coordination: Dispatch delivery drivers and coordinate with other departments to ensure timely customer deliveries. Typical Qualifications Proven experience in warehouse management or a similar logistics role. Strong knowledge of inventory management systems and safety protocols.
