Across the world, the Group enables its customers and employees, and members of societies at large to live, work and develop sustainably, in a safe and secure information space.NA Data and AI Technical Advisor- DatabricksLocation :North America (Remote)Role Type: Full-TimeReports To: Head of Data and AI Technical Advisory, North AmericaMissionTo accelerate client transformation through co-innovated Data and AI solutions by forging strategic partnerships with Databricks and delivering scalable, high-impact architectures that solve real business challenges.Role OverviewAs a NA Data and AI Technical Advisor - Databricks, you will act as a trusted advisor and thought leader, driving innovation, enabling internal teams, and ensuring seamless integration of Databricks' advanced Data & AI capabilities into client solutions.You will directly influence Atos' Data & AI strategy across North America, accelerate market penetration, and drive growth and revenue by shaping go-to-market initiatives, enabling co-sell motions with Databricks, and creating differentiated solutions that win strategic deals. This role requires a blend of technical depth, strategic leadership, and relationship-building skills to work cross-functionally with Alliance, Data & AI Delivery, Pre-Sales, Learning & Development, and Marketing teams.Key ResponsibilitiesTechnical Expertise & CertificationMaintain and advance Databricks certifications (e.g., Databricks Certified Data Engineer Professional)Stay ahead of Databricks product releases, roadmap updates, and partnership programsServe as technical advisor during pre-sales engagements involving DatabricksTailor solution demos, PoCs, and compelling value stories leveraging Databricks Lakehouse PlatformEnsure compliance with Databricks co-sell requirements and funding programsInternal Enablement & Knowledge SharingSupport L&D Teams in developing certification and enablement strategy for Databricks technologies within North AmericaLead internal workshops, labs, and knowledge-sharing sessionsMaintain solution patterns and accelerators aligned with Databricks architectureDelivery EnablementSupport seamless handoff from pre-sales to delivery teams for Databricks projectsGather feedback from delivery to refine future implementationsEnsure adherence to Databricks best practices and reference architecturesAsset & IP DevelopmentBuild and maintain Databricks reference architectures, boilerplates, and templatesCodify repeatable solutions leveraging Databricks in a differentiated wayCollaborate with Marketing and Alliance teams on case studies, white papers, and thought leadershipPartnership EngagementAct as liaison between Atos Data & AI Business Line, Atos Alliances, and Databricks partnership teamsRepresent Atos at Databricks events, conferences, and advisory councilsStrategic ReportingTrack and report on:Databricks certifications and enablement status within Atos North AmericaDatabricks-aligned revenueUse case wins, PoCs, and customer success storiesWhat We're Looking ForSense of Agency: Ability to take ownership and drive initiatives independently.Strategic Leadership: Experience in shaping and executing Databricks-aligned strategies.Technical Depth: Strong expertise in Databricks Lakehouse Platform and related technologies.Soft Skills: Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.Cross-Functional Collaboration: Proven ability to work across multiple teams and stakeholders.Detail Orientation: Meticulous approach to solution design and execution.Preferred Qualifications8+ years in technical advisory, solution architecture, or similar roles.Hands-on experience with Databricks Lakehouse Platform, Delta Lake, MLflow, and Spark.Familiarity with Databricks partner programs, co-sell motions, and funding mechanisms.Thought leadership demonstrated through blogs, speaking engagements, or community contributions.Knowledge of integration with other technologies such as SAP, GCP, Azure, AWS, and enterprise data platforms is a strong advantage.Why Join Us?Be part of a global leader driving AI-powered transformation.Work at the intersection of innovation and execution, influencing strategic partnerships.Access continuous learning and career development opportunities.Contribute to Atos' commitment to ESG leadership and diversity.Helping all candidates find great careers is our goal.
