Client: Minneapolis-St. Paul Metropolitan Airports Commission (MAC)
Duration: 9-month contract
Work Schedule: On-site Monday-Tuesday | Remote Wednesday-Friday
Role Overview
The Metropolitan Airports Commission (MAC) is seeking a detail-oriented and collaborative Senior Project Coordinator to support the IT Department. This role provides hands-on project coordination, procurement, contract management, and administrative support across multiple IT initiatives. The ideal candidate is highly organized, analytical, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a hybrid work environment.
Key Responsibilities
Support IT project and program managers with project coordination, scheduling, scope, and documentation
Manage technology procurement requests and prepare purchase requisitions
Prepare, track, and monitor Professional Service Authorizations (PSAs)
Track project budgets, invoices, estimates, and financial data
Coordinate project tasks, deliverables, timelines, and resources
Analyze data and prepare project and financial status reports
Track and report on project progress and team performance
Support administrative activities including meetings, reporting, and documentation
Ensure contract compliance and support process improvement efforts
Utilize business financial systems such as JD Edwards EnterpriseOne (or similar)
Required Skills & Qualifications
Strong experience in project coordination and administrative support
IT procurement and contract coordination experience
Financial tracking and reporting experience
Excellent communication and stakeholder coordination skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
High attention to detail with strong organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Work Environment
Hybrid schedule: In-office Monday-Tuesday, remote Wednesday-Friday
Offices located across the MSP Airport campus

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $65.00/hr.
