We supply the truck, the customers, and the game plan-you take ownership and deliver outstanding results:Apply lawn care treatments such as fertilization, weed control, and aerationConduct routine inspections of customer lawns and recommend servicesOperate and maintain equipment safely and professionallyDeliver a friendly, informed, and helpful customer experiencePromote services by canvassing neighborhoods on non-treatment days-offering free quotes and supporting business growthWork outdoors in various weather conditions, lifting and carrying up to 50 lbs for 8-10 hour shiftsQualificationsValid driver's license with a clean driving recordCandidates must meet background check requirementsStrong communication skills and a customer-first attitudeComfortable working solo or as part of a teamWillingness to learn-we'll provide the trainingReliable, professional, and safety-focusedCompensation & BenefitsCompetitive Salary: $40,000-$50,000/yearPaid Training with mentorship and certifications9 Paid Holidays + PTO to relax and recharge401(k) with 3% company matchHealth, Vision, Dental , and supplemental insurance optionsCareer Growth : 90% of our Branch Managers started in this very roleAll equipment and company vehicle providedWeed Man Lawn Care is an equal opportunity employer.
