The role involves business process configuration, reporting development, end-user training, and data management. This position partners with Workday team members, IT, business partners, and vendors to meet the organization's HR technology needs. The primary focus modules include Core HCM, Compensation, Talent, Payroll, Time, Absence, and Benefits.\r\nKey Responsibilities Configure and troubleshoot complex Workday business processes, with a focus on Payroll, Time, and Absence.\r\nPerform administrative functions, including tenant configuration, data loads, integrations, and reporting.\r\nReview business procedures and workflows to ensure system features are fully utilized and identify opportunities for efficiency improvements.\r\nWork within a controlled systems environment by defining, documenting, and enforcing system standards.\r\nProvide pre- and post-launch end-user support, change management, issue resolution, testing, and training.\r\nMass load information via EIBs and test integration inputs and outputs.\r\nCreate reports to audit the effectiveness of configuration changes.\r\nDocument technology specifications for current and future configuration.\r\nMaintain accurate change management documentation to satisfy internal and external audit controls.\r\nSupport feature releases and issue resolution, assisting in defining scope, prioritizing, and planning system changes.\r\nRequired Qualifications Experience configuring complex Workday business processes.\r\nAbility to perform Workday administrative functions including tenant configuration, data loads, and reporting.\r\nKnowledge of creating reports and using them for auditing purposes.\r\nUnderstanding of Workday's Implementation Methodology.\r\nFunctional knowledge of HR and HR systems across multiple functions.\r\nExperience with Microsoft Windows and MS Windows Server environments.\r\nPreferred Qualifications A bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field.\r\n3+ years of Workday HCM experience.\r\nWorkday Pro or Workday Certifications are strongly preferred.\r\nA solid understanding in at least three Workday modules including Core HCM, Compensation, Talent, Payroll, Time, Absence, and Benefits.\r\nWorkday Integrations experience is preferred.\r\nKnowledge of Workday business process, core setup, and security framework.\r\nDeep understanding of the Workday data model, corporate system architecture, and interfaces.\r\nBenefits Everforth Apex offers a range of supplemental benefits, including medical, dental, vision, life, disability, and other insurance plans that offer an optional layer of financial protection.
