This role partners closely with Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations, and Supply Chain to maintain high quality standards, drive continuous improvement, and support efficient production of industry-leading technology solutions.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\nDevelop, implement, and maintain quality plans, procedures, and inspection criteria for products and processes\n\nSupport quality activities across manufacturing, testing, and production operations\n\nLead quality activities for New Product Introduction (NPI) programs from development through ramp to production\n\nDefine and implement quality plans, inspection strategies, and control plans for new products\n\nParticipate in design reviews (DFMEA, PFMEA) to identify risks and drive corrective actions early in the product lifecycle\n\nDevelop and review test plans, validation plans, and qualification requirements\n\nPerform root cause analysis and drive corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) using structured problem-solving tools\n\nAnalyze quality data, yield trends, and defect metrics to identify improvement opportunities\n\nConduct and support internal audits, process audits, and compliance reviews\n\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure products meet customer, regulatory, and internal quality requirements\n\nReview engineering documentation including drawings, specifications, and change notices\n\nSupport supplier quality activities, including incoming inspection, supplier corrective actions, and quality performance monitoring\n\nEnsure compliance with ISO 9001 and other applicable quality management standards\n\nAssist in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction\n\nPrepare and maintain quality documentation such as SOPs, work instructions, inspection records, and reports\n\nQualifications\n\nBachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, Manufacturing, or related field)\n\n1-3 years of experience in Quality Engineering, within IT, hardware industry\n\nWorking knowledge of quality tools and methodologies (CAPA, 8D, 5 Whys, SPC, FMEA)\n\nStrong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills\n\nEffective written and verbal communication skills\n\nPreferred Qualifications\n\nExperience in server, storage, networking, or data center hardware\n\nSupplier quality or contract manufacturing experience\n\nSix Sigma Green Belt or equivalent quality certification\n\nExperience with reliability testing or failure analysis\n\nSalary range offered for this position is between $80,000 to $110,000 annually.
