In addition to expertise in employee and consumer privacy laws and regulations (state, federal, and/or international), experience in data breach and incident response and reporting, as well as consumer privacy litigation and regulatory enforcement actions is preferred, but not required. Ideal candidates will have achieved the IAPP's Certified Information Privacy Professional (CIPP) designation in at least one category.\nAlthough we would prefer that you have some experience in employment law, we are also interested in working with developing talented attorneys who come to us with excellent skills in consumer privacy and cybersecurity.\nRelocation assistance is available.\nCandidate must have excellent academic credentials, strong writing and analytical skills, and ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
