This role assists the clients Project Team with the documentation, administration and for overseeing the liquidation and signage vendors who facilitate the decommissioning of our clients retail locations. The Project Coordinator (PC) will be responsible for reviewing reports and coordinating between vendors and stakeholders for all aspects of work within the assigned portfolio. The ideal candidate should be capable of monitoring project progress, assisting with compliance of project standards, and facilitating communication between the project team and stakeholders.\nThis Sevan client-support position and will work a hybrid schedule in our clients office in Irvine, CA in collaboration with the client team. The position will require being 50% office based.\nEssential Duties and Responsibilities:\nAct as the Sevan client liaison for ongoing construction projects.\nCollaborate efficiently with the client-teams in-person, virtually, and in the field.\nSets up projects in Client and/or Company project management systems, including all required project documentation.\nUpdates status of projects and key milestone dates in Client and/or Company project management systems.\nLeads or assists in drafting, distributing, and tracking of Contracts, Purchase Orders, and Change Orders to subcontractors/suppliers.\nMaintains project documentation throughout duration of project.\nVerifies and manages payment to contractors and vendors during construction.\nResponsible for acquiring, coordinating, and submitting owner required close-out documents for project closeout and final contractor/supplier payments.\nAssembles and distributes reports for internal and external customers.\nMaintains confidentiality with sensitive or proprietary information on behalf of project team.\nQualifications:\n2-4 years professional work experience within the multi-site or commercial construction industry\nExperience in multi-site construction projects preferred.\nAbility to be client facing\nConstruction and restaurant (QSR / chain restaurant) coordination experience a plus.\nExcellent communication skills in-person and virtually.\nAbility to read, analyze, and interpret complex documents.\nExcellent interpersonal skills.\nWorking knowledge of data analysis within Microsoft Excel and email management tools within Microsoft Outlook.\nExperience with Smartsheets highly preferred.\nSkills & Abilities:\nResponds effectively to sensitive inquiries.\nAbility to communicate well, both verbally and in writing, with all levels of the project team including management, project management, clients, client’s organization, contractors, and vendors.\nDemonstrates ability and willingness to face challenges, solve problems, and motivate others, while maintaining effective relationships with customers by meeting or exceeding their requirements and expectations.\nAbility to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization may exist.\nAbility to adapt and learn new techniques and processes under constantly changing competitive marketing demands and project deadlines.\nWhy Join Sevan?\nAt Sevan, we believe in creating a supportive and dynamic environment where your contributions truly matter.
