This role will drive complex programs from planning through execution with a focus on structure, accountability, and measurable delivery. You will work across business leaders, delivery teams, and strategic partners to align priorities, manage dependencies, and keep initiatives on track. The position offers the opportunity to bring clarity to complex work and deliver outcomes that matter across the organization within a mission-driven environment.Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship availableCompensation: $100,000 – $120,000 annuallyResponsibilities Ensure compliance with CEPH accreditation and lead program review processes Direct continuous quality improvement activities informed by assessment data Recruit, hire, and manage program faculty to align with institutional needs Develop community engagement plans to drive new student enrollment Facilitate an active Public Health Advisory Board for program improvement Manage day-to-day operations for quality student and faculty experiences Lead strategic academic and budget planning for the departmentQualifications Doctoral degree in public health or related field from an accredited institution MPH degree or equivalent graduate training in public health Minimum three years of academic administration experience, preferably with students at undergraduate or graduate level Strong background in research, publications, and program assessments Understanding of CEPH accreditation standards and processes Experience with online or distance education deliveryBenefits Generous paid time off Medical and dental coverage Company-paid life and disability insurance Retirement plan with employer contribution Tuition reimbursement and professional development Regular employee appreciation eventsOur client is an equal opportunity employer.
