The individual must have solid machining knowledge, understand machine setup and work holding principles, and be able to interpret manufacturing drawings and specifications. The candidate will be working with Process Engineers, Tool Designers, Operations and Quality personnel to establish world class CNC manufacturing operations for our Aerospace customers.\nResponsibilities and Duties\n- Plan and design tools and fixtures for NC manufacturing.\n- Create NC programs for multi axis machines by using CATIA V5.\n- Verify NC programs using VERICUT\n- Optimize programs and machining process for cost reduction.\n- Create setup and manufacturing instructions.\nQualifications and Skills\nEquivalent 3+ yrs.
