Job Summary/Description: Join WVVA (a Gray Local Media station) in Bluefield, WV, as a Media Executive — a fast‑paced, relationship‑first sales role where your determination and creativity pay off. We're looking for a motivated, competitive, goal‑driven professional who loves winning new business, building strong client partnerships, and delivering smart multimedia marketing solutions. You'll join a high‑performing team that focuses on training, development, and cutting‑edge sales and research tools. We invest in you with training in TV sales, digital solutions, and new business development so you can grow quickly. You'll prospect, pitch, and build compelling campaigns, then help clients bring them to life and see results. Duties/Responsibilities: Develop creative, results‑driven advertising and multimedia marketing campaigns for local businesses. Prospect, qualify, and close new local and digital advertising accounts. Present integrated media plans and solutions tailored to client goals. Collaborate closely with the sales team and participate fully in Gray Television training programs. Maintain accurate client records and achieve sales targets. Qualifications/Requirements: Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or related field preferred. Strong written and verbal communication skills and confident presentation ability. Proven customer service orientation and self‑starter mentality. Comfortable with technology and basic computer applications. Outside sales experience is a plus. Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and ability to pass a motor vehicle records check.
