Lead Engineers typically report to a senior engineer, sector leader, or principal of the firm. Additional responsibilities may include marketing the firm and business development activities.\nProvide professional engineering services: studies, planning, design, specifications, plans, reports, construction administration, observation, and project management.\nCommunicate frequently and effectively with clients, supervisors, and project team members, providing updates and progress during all project phases.\nAttend company meetings, project meetings, and client meetings as required.\nLead proposal preparation and participate in interviews to secure work for the firm.
